This privacy policy outlines how Kworum AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your data in connection with our multi-AI agent chat and custom agent creation platform.

We take privacy seriously.

We do not train new models, sell your data, or use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving the core service.


1. Data We Collect and Store

We collect and store the following data to operate our service:

  • User Account Information: We use Clerk for authentication, which collects and stores necessary information to create and manage your account (e.g., name, email address, password/authentication tokens, and associated user ID).
  • Agent Configurations: This includes the instructions, settings, and other parameters you define when creating and customizing your AI agents.
  • Chat Data: This includes the text of all chat conversations, messages, and any reactions you apply to messages.
  • Subscription Details: Information related to your service tier (Explorer, Reflection, Collaboration) and associated billing/payment status (we rely on Stripe, a third-party payment processor, which handles sensitive payment details).

2. Sharing and Third-Party Data Processing

A. Foundation Model Providers (AI Agent Data)

When you interact with an agent or chat, the data you send (your message, context, and agent configuration) is transmitted to the Foundation Model API you have selected for that agent (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Groq).

  • Transparency: The specific model/API provider that will receive your data is always clearly displayed before you send your message. Every active agent has aicon that you can hover over to see the model being used. By triggering an agent to generate a message, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by that third-party provider according to their respective privacy policies.
  • Our Policy: While we transmit this data for processing, we do not use the content of these messages for our own training, analysis, or sales.

B. Voluntary Sharing of Agents and Chats

You have control over the visibility of your agents and chats:

  • Public Sharing: If you voluntarily mark an agent or chat as "Public," the content (agent configuration and/or chat history) will be accessible to others on the platform or via a shareable link.
  • Explicit Sharing: If you explicitly share an agent or chat via email or other methods, the recipient(s) will have access to the shared content.
  • Private Data: By default, your agents and chats are Private and are only visible to you.

3. Data Usage

We use your data strictly to:

  • Provide you with access to the Kworum AI service.
  • Manage your account and subscription tier.
  • Enable the functionality of your custom AI agents and multi-agent chats.
  • Store and display your chat history and agent configurations.
  • Improve and maintain the platform, including debugging and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain the security and functionality of the platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data (Account Information, Agent Configurations, and Chat Data) for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.
